From floor plan to live SLA enforcement in six weeks

Signalweft's deployment methodology minimises on-site disruption. We model coverage before the first radio ships, validate placement with walktest data, and don't close out the project until your SLA baseline is established in production.

Process

Six weeks, six steps

Each phase has a defined deliverable. You can hold us to it.

1

Site data collection

We start with your DXF or PDF floor plan and a 60-minute call with your facilities or OT team. We gather: building dimensions, construction materials (steel, concrete, glass), current Wi-Fi or LTE deployments, device inventory by type, and planned AGV or sensor deployment zones.

Deliverable: Site intake questionnaire complete + floor plan ingested

2

Predictive coverage modeling

Signalweft generates a predictive heat map using material attenuation profiles calibrated for industrial environments. We identify coverage holes, multi-path interference zones, and candidate radio placements — before any hardware ships. You review the model and request adjustments.

Deliverable: Coverage model report with candidate AP placements

3

SLA policy design

We work with you to define QoS policy tiers: which device classes get guaranteed bit rate, which are best-effort, and what the alert thresholds are. AGV control channels get 5QI 82. Security cameras get a separate burst-tolerant class. The policy is documented before a single device is connected.

Deliverable: SLA policy YAML committed to your tenant configuration

4

Phased radio installation

Radios are installed in phases aligned with your operational schedule — typically one zone per shift to avoid production impact. Each radio is commissioned and validated against the coverage model before the next zone begins. We provide post-installation walktest reports for each phase.

Deliverable: Per-zone walktest coverage reports

5

Device onboarding and SLA validation

Your devices are enrolled in the Signalweft control plane. We validate SLA policy enforcement against real workload — running your actual AGV paths, polling your actual sensors at production intervals. SLA baselines are established with 7 days of production data before close-out.

Deliverable: 7-day baseline SLA report with per-device-class metrics

6

Handover and ongoing support

Your OT team receives access to the Signalweft dashboard and a runbook specific to your deployment. Ongoing support includes monthly SLA reviews, firmware update coordination, and expansion planning as your device fleet grows. Annual coverage re-validation is included in all plans above Starter.

Deliverable: Deployment runbook + dashboard access + support onboarding

Compatibility

Works with your existing RAN vendor choice

Signalweft is orchestration software. We don't sell radios. That means you're not locked into our hardware supply chain.

Celona

Full telemetry ingestion from Celona APs via the Celona Management API. Coverage, SINR, and device association state visible in Signalweft alongside radios from other vendors.

Ericsson Private 5G

Integration with Ericsson DAG and OSS APIs for telemetry normalization. Single SLA view across Ericsson and non-Ericsson cells in mixed-vendor deployments.

Nokia DAC

Nokia Digital Automation Cloud integration for telemetry and event streams. Policy enforcement runs in Signalweft; Nokia DAC handles the RAN-side transport layer.

Integration availability varies by vendor firmware version. Contact us for a compatibility assessment before procurement.
